The Soundtrack of My Life "Gerald Finzi - Clarinet Concerto (adago)"

Music is the only art form you can not touch, stare at, hold - taste.
It is pure emotion.
It is thought and contemplation.
It is the essence of the soul and the beating of the heart.

There are so many forms of music, from Irish jigs to the sounds of the street. These melodies, rhyming, beats and measures allow you to step away from the world - from your life and let you feel so much.

In a world where speaking about your emotions is mostly frowned upon all you have to do is pick up a guitar, find a keyboard, fill a jug with water - and you have music.

Gerald Finzi died in the mid-50's. He was only 55.
He lived in the middle of nowhere and had an orchard.

And he wrote this.

Without beauty there is no life.
